It is 36" x 80" x 1-3/4"
It is Old Growth vertical grain Redwood
with Curly and Redwood Burl panels
It has a beautiful stained glass window by Zoleta Lee Designs

That is a hot panel.
Here the door is being fitted before it is glued up.
The Door has been glued up, and many clamps are used to make sure of a tight fit and to make sure it is flat.

Once glued up the door will sit for 72 hours.
Brian is branding the door.
The brand is such a lovely brand and is beautiful to see.

Now that is a nice brand. We have had many of our clients who wish to have Brian's brand on the edge of the door that open's for all to see. Brian is to modest.
Now many of hours of hand sanding will begin.
And machine hand sanding.

Every edge and corner is hand sanded.
The Door is just about ready for oiling.

Here we have run the panels through the dimensional sander.
The door has been oiled for the first time. The door will be oiled 4 times.
The panels are ready to be oiled.

We are ready to put the panels in.
Fitting of the stops takes precise cutting.
Here we make sure the panels are secure from the elements of the weather.

Sealing in the window is just as important as sealing in the panels.
